Held at the beautiful Valley Falls State Park, the Army Corps of Engineers gives the ideal level for this clinic. Class typically meets at 0830. Everyone MUST sign in at the ranger station prior to meeting, NO exceptions!! A roll is not required, but a good wet exit is! Have flotation in your boat, bring you throw rope, camara, lunch, and something to drink. Alcohol consumption is not permitted in the park. There is no charge for the clinic and risk is assumed. There is no walking in the river to get to the falls areas. Camping the night before at Tygart Lake Campground is common.
