Small low resolution photos can be included, Try to make your jpg file less than 100k.
Picture size can be up to 600 pixels wide

There is a really easy way to reduce your picture size and resolution on your PC.

If you have Vista, Win 7,8,10 - Click to download Image Resizer Click DOWNLOAD, then click Image Resizer link (ImageResizerSetup-3.1.1.exe)

Now Microsoft has a new free program that includes Image Resizer, Download & Install:

You just run this program once. It adds a new selection to your right click menu, when you right click a JPG file.
Then in your directory where you upload your pictures, you just right click on the picture file or select a whole group of pictures or a single picture. The pop-up menu will have a new selection, "Resize Pictures". When you click it gives you several picture size options and compresses the content to make uploads fast. It does not change your original, it renames the new file.
