Three days and two nights paddling the Allegheny river and primitive camping on the islands. Thirty miles, from Buckaloons to Tionesta, though this could change depending on flows and how many folks are coming. New campers welcome! This is an awesome intro to primitive camping/yakpacking. The river is wide and calm, so it'll be a relax and float kind of weekend. If there's a ton of rain and the river's a little too woody or something to run safely, there are some boat-in campsites in the reservoir as an alternative.
